· Cats and dogs only
o 1 pet maximum per apartment home
o Pet must weight under 40lbs
· Restricted Breed list:
o American Pitt Bulls & any other breed of Pitt Bull
o Chows
o American Bull Dogs / Bull Terriers
o Akita
o Presa Cenario
o Rottweiler
o Mastiff
o Husky
o Doberman Pinscher
o Boxer
o Alaskan Malamute
o German Shepherd
o City/County breed restrictions apply
· Service Animals
o Gladly accepted with proper documentation
o No Deposit, Fees, or Rent
o Normal animal and breed restrictions do not apply, however, all city/county breed and animal restrictions must be followed
